Save operator time by creating "paragraphs" of standard text or frequent comments for use on:
· Invoices or purchase orders
· Customer letters or emails
· Notes screen in Order Entry
For example, you could create a paragraph with product care instructions to be added to the invoice when that product is ordered.
Another good use of the Create Paragraphs feature is to create a closing and signature for each customer service representative. View example
