Before you begin, verify that the version number of the FedEx software is 2244-a or higher. The version number is displayed in the blue bar at the top of the application window. These steps describe how to copy the file CMSFedExIntegration.xml from the NewHaven Software folder to the FedEx Profiles folder.
1 Use Windows Explorer to find and open the NewHaven Software folder on the CMS server C:\ drive.
2 Right-click on the file CMSFedExIntegration.xml and select Copy.
3 Navigate to the Profiles folder in the FedEx directory: \FedEx\Integration\Assistant\Profiles.
4 Right-click in the Profiles folder and select Paste.
The file CMSFedExIntegration.xml should now appear in the file list for the Profiles folder.
5 Close the FedEx Ship Manager.
