a     In the Payment Problems tab, select the payment.

b     Click Remove Selected Payment for Reprocessing. This will add the charge back into the processing loop for reprocessing.

c      Reprocess the card.

a     Click Payment Type and select a new payment type.

b     Complete the required information for the selected payment type.

c      Click Save Alternate Pay and Remove from List.

d     When prompted click OK.

The payment is removed from the payment problems list and the new payment is set up for processing. You can approve and capture the new card right from this screen, or wait and run it in the EDC batch.

a     In the Payment Problems tab, select the payment.

b     Click Delete Payment Permanently.

In the Payment Problems tab, click List Report.
