ODBC settings

ODBC Data Source Administrator

1. On the System DSN tab click Add.

2. Select driver: Adaptive Server Anywhere 8.0.

Driver configuration:

1. • ODBC tab

   • • Data source name: CMSPackages

     • Select the Microsoft applications and Delphi applications check boxes only.

   • Login tab

   • • User ID and default Password: cmsuser

     • The default password may/should have been changed during company setup.

1. • Database tab

   • • Server name: NHSDataServer

     • Database name: your CMS database name (usually your company name)

   • Network tab

   • • Select TCP/IP and Shared memory check boxes -- clear any others

     • Encryption of network packets: None.
