If your company has a retail storefront, you will have selected the Enable Point Of Sale check box on the General Options tab. Doing so displays the Point of Sale tab. Selections on the Point of Sale (P.O.S.) tab modify the Order Entry window to collect information relevant to a P.O.S transaction.

You probably don't need to see Tracking and Notes for point of sale orders, and hiding these sections help streamline the order process.
