CMS is compatible with Endicia's DAZzle version 11.2, and includes the new Priority Mail Flat Rate service options for Padded Envelope and Legal Envelope.

Beginning with DAZzle version 11.2, you can define a single layout to use with any service level. If you already have multiple layouts defined and wish to continue using them you may do so. Show sample layouts tab

This column will contain an entry for every USPS shipping method for which you have defined a hotkey in Setup > Shipping > Carriers and Methods > Shipping Methods.

CMS will tell Endicia to process shipments for this layout/method with Delivery Confirmation. Typically this is free with Priority, Express, and First Class mail and is surcharged with other classes.

Double-click in this box or click to locate the label definition file. Select the file and click Open.

The layout in DAZzle defines the service level and other settings that will be used, so be sure these are set up correctly in DAZzle.

For international shipments, select label layouts that start with the words "SMALL" or "LARGE" to ensure the proper customs forms will print. The supported customs forms are 2976 (CN 22) and 2976A (CP 72); CMS will select the correct form based on the shipping method and value of the order.

Select this check box to close DAZzle after the label is processed (recommended).

Allows you to print test labels without using postage.

This setting determines how long CMS will wait for DAZzle to respond before warning the operator that DAZzle is not responding—typically two or three seconds. If you process International, you may want to bump this to 60 or more to give you time to answer customs questions.

Select your preferred insurance option.

Fill in the path to the APO and International labels on the Options tab if you want to use the small 6x4 label when possible; that is, when there are five or fewer declared items in a shipment. If these fields are left blank, CMS will continue to use whatever layout has been selected for the each ship method as defined under the Layouts tab.
