Using the History tab (Payment Maintenance window)

To access the History tab, from the menu bar select Orders > Payments > Payment Maintenance > History.

The History tab contains two sub-tabs — Payments and Refunds — which can be filtered simultaneously in several ways. The default views display all payments or refunds for the current month, but you can filter the views by:

·      Date range: Type or select beginning and ending dates, then click Refresh.

·      Form of payment: Select the desired option: All, Charge, Checks, or Scrip.

·      Selected customers: Select the Single option, and then click Find Customer.

You can use the History tab to perform the following tasks:

·      View an order

·      Edit a payment

·      Cancel a payment
